We're having trouble viewing Korean fonts in some incoming emails using Notes 8.5.1 and Windows XP or Vista, as they will appear as illegible blocks. However, when using the same client in Windows 7, the very same email appears just fine.
It's strange because all Operating Systems can display the Korean fonts in Microsoft Word, so the proper language packs are installed, they just have different results within Notes. The Default (Multilingual) Fonts within Notes are set the same on both, yet the results are very different. Any ideas?
